Neurodiversity awareness is growing, but too many organisations still struggle to move from good intentions to meaningful action. Policies sit unread, training is delivered as a one-off exercise, and neurodivergent employees continue to face barriers that their employers do not fully understand.
We take a different approach. Our Founder Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS is neurodivergent and draws on her own lived experience alongside decades of professional expertise to deliver consultancy that is honest, practical, and focused on outcomes. We do not simply tell organisations what neuroinclusion looks like. We work alongside them to build it into their culture, their processes, and their everyday practices.
