Lisa Ventura MBE FCIIS is an award-winning cyber security specialist, published author, journalist, and international keynote speaker with over two decades of experience spanning cyber security, AI, and strategic communications. Before moving into cyber security, Lisa built her career in journalism and broadcasting, giving her a distinctive ability to translate complex, technical subjects into clear, compelling language that engages and empowers audiences at every level.
Lisa is also the Founder of The Unity Group which not only encompasses Unity Group Solutions Limited but also encompasses Cyber Security Unity, Neuro Unity, and AI Unity. In addition she is the Founder of the AI and Cyber Security Association (AICSA) and was awarded an MBE by King Charles III in 2023 for services to cyber security and DEIB, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.
Lisa has specialist expertise in the human factors of cyber security, social engineering, cyber psychology, neurodiversity, and the intersection of AI and cyber security.
